The working day is divided into two sessions. The Forenoon Session is from 9:00 a.m to 12:20. afternoon sessions from 12:50 p.m. to 3:30 p.m .with an interval of 10 minutes in the forenoon sessions and afternoon sessions.
Children should be inside the school premises atleast 5 minutes before the first bell ie.9.00 a.m.
Leave or absence must be obtained with the consent of the parents in advance in Writing.
Absence Without previous permission will be viewed seriously.
Students must be regular in attendance. Students without 80% of attendance will be stopped from appearing for the Annual/Public Examination. No student is permitted leave during the school hours. In this regard we expect full support and co-operation of the parents.
Parents are responsible for their words regularity and punctuality in attendance. A minimum of 80% attendance is requested for promotion to next higher class. Absence from school without applying for leave will be viewed seriously and punished.
Names of Students remaining absence for more than thirty days without intimation will be struck off to go home the rolls without prior notice.
Test & Examination
Promotion is strictly based on his/ her attendance and performance in the Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Examinations.
Seven Examinations will be held in an academic year (i.e.) I Mid-Term, II Mid-Term, III Mid-Term Tests, Three Terminal Examinations and One Model Revision Examination. In addition to this, unit test will be conducted weekly fortnightly/ monthly.
Children absent from examination will be considered as having failed in examination.
Children absent from any examination will not be re-examined for any class on any account.
Children found copying or indulging in any other unfair means during the examination will be dismissed without prior notice to the parents.
During the Examinations leave or permission on any account will not be granted even if there is no examination either in the Forenoon Session or in the Afternoon Session. Absentee for these sessions will not be allowed for the rest of the examinations.

Cumulative Record/Progress Record
The progress report showing the conduct, effort and scholastic performance of the child will be shown to the parents or guardians after every school examination.
Parents are earnestly requested to examine the progress report, carefully, write their remarks in the space provided and see whether they make any special efforts to improve them in those subjects in which they are weak.
Parents or Guardians should come to the office whenever they are called for and sign the progress report before the Correspondent/ Principal and return it.

Listen to your child read every day and ask them questions about the book.
Ensure that your child shares their home work with you and understands what is expected of them.
Attendance And Punctuality
We encourage the students to have full attendance and we also honor the children who get full attendance of the year. Any children arriving after the school time will have to enter the reason for being late in the ‘late book’.

Rules & Regulations
Punctuality is essential at all times.
Perfect silence should be maintained during the prayer bell.
The children must be in their respective class room.
Pupils should attend their classes and should come to school with a lot of preparations.
Pupils should show respect and reverence to the school authorities and staff.
Students will not be allowed to go out of the school during school hours.
Attention as should be paid to the personal hygiene.
Pupils should keep the classrooms and the school premises absolutely clean.
Students should be courteous and polite to their companion.
Students should be regular and punctual to the school.
Attendance is compulsory on the reopening day.
A minimum of 90% of attendance is required for the promotion to the next higher class.
Children should come to school in neat proper uniform.
They should not wear precious ornaments to school.
Any damage done to the school property will be discretion of the principal.
Parents must inform the school whenever there is a change in address and mobile number.
On the basis of the above the class will be judged to be awarded the prize for the “BEST CLASS OF THE MONTH”.
School Fees should be paid in full before 30th of May.
Fee Card should be brought at the time of payment of fees.
First Term fees should be paid on or before 15th of September
Second Term fees should be paid on or before 15th of December.
A PENALTY OF Rs.100/- WILL BE COLLECTED AFTER 15 TH OF MAY, SEPTEMBER AND DECEMBER.
T.C. will be issued only after all the fee is paid for the whole year.
TIMING:
School days: 9.00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuition (special class) 3:30 p.m to 4:30 p.m.
application requesting for T.C. should be given in writing on or before 31st of March every year.
T.C. will be issued only after 15th of May if all fee dues are paid.
